Fantastic experience: I visit more than one location they all have something I like. Davis and Scott swimming pool strengthening and conditioning in the pool. Aqua fit when I can get in, volleyball fridays. If I can't get in I go to Shertz. I also attend D. Semmes on St. Mary's for diabetes class on Saturdays and silver sneakers on Mondays. It has been so hot I try to plan my time in the pool. I have enjoyed my time at the YMCA I have recommended the YMCA to at least 3-4 people. So far one has came to volleyball on Friday's. I love it.
