Fantastic experience: Love this place. Everyone I’ve encountered has been very professional. I’ve been training with Brian and have learned so much and my energy level is way up. This place is clean and social distancing is easy to do. Parking is never an issue either.

Fantastic experience: Perfect location for a great workout. I have been training with Brian at Chicago Family fitness ever since COVID hit (June 2020). Brain is an amazing personal trainer and the owner of the facility is very friendly. The gym has all the equipment for a great workout. The gym and equipment is kept clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: The owner and the trainers who personally rent space from him are extremely professional as well as kind hearted. I would recommend this place 100% to every health conscious human.

Fantastic experience: Best Massage Therapist. Beth of New Leaf Massage and Bodywork located at Chicago Family Fit has a beautiful & tranquil space where I often visit. The place is amazing, friendly & clean. Beth is a fantastic massage therapist. She really listens and is really committed to helping her clients achieve total wellness thru massage therapy. I always learn more about my body & wellness every time I visit Beth. I will be back again and again. My husband visits her as well and cannot say enough good things about her and her practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a negative personal trainer experience at large gyms and always avoided it until I went to Kyle. He creates a perfect atmosphere at his gym that allows to focus on the workout without any distractions. The gym is always clean and very inviting with motivational signs and music (selected by trainees). Kyle is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer with unlimited energy and motivation. My wife started going to him 2 years ago with back issues and he fixed it for her with a custom workout plan. In addition, Kyle motivated her to continue working out and now she is all about exercising, yoga, running, etc. You definitely cannot find that anywhere else. I go to his gym 5-6 times a week for over a year and always look forward to my sessions because I know I will get the best workout possible. Throughout workouts Kyle is always willing to explain the exercises, which has taught me many valuable points that will prevent me from getting hurt when I workout on my own. The exercise plan Kyle creates is tailored to each person and the exercises are always changing. The gym contains very few machines, but a lot of equipment (kettle-bells, free weights, bench press, pull up bars, TRX, ladder climber, etc) that allows to perform many diverse exercises. Everyone who attends Kyle's gym from all ages are very motivated and friendly. A testament to that is the recent client BBQ at Kyle's house had a big turn out with everyone very happy to see each other and make new friends with folks from the gym. Kyle is very down to earth and always smiling, which makes going to his gym a very enjoyable experience for individuals and families. You really get your money's worth with Kyle and his prices are very competitive compared to big gyms or anyone else!
