Positive experience: the bollywood class is excellent. tried the foam rolling class and it did not give me the resource i was looking for. worked with a ball vs .the foam roller. have not gone back there again for foam roller. Bollywood instructor very good at teaching. Shows the new moves prior to actual exercise and the building on the total routine
