Fantastic experience: I have known Greg and his family for many years in a different setting. I started training with him at his beautiful facility in 2017 and my life has never been the same. He has educated me about my personal fitness journey, pushed me to limits I had never gone before and most importantly he understands and knows the human body to design very specific workouts. In a six month period in 2017, he transformed my body with his training and am very grateful. He continues to customize my workouts and continue to change my workouts as my body continues to change. Also, most importantly, he compassionate, kind and very respectful. He truly cares about the person and will do everything he can to let you know "YOU ARE ELITE'! He's a man with a vision, purpose, passion and integrity. I would highly recommend him and his business.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Elite for over three years and counting. This facility is more than a gym to me; it’s a lifestyle, a family, and a community that I am grateful to be a part of. Greg is by far one of the most innovative trainers around. His programs are always challenging, engaging, and effective. I have trained with Greg for hundreds of sessions, and we have never done the same workout twice! On top of delivering programs that yield results, Elite is a bright, open, and immaculately CLEAN facility; probably the cleanest around. I always feel safe, comfortable, and happy when training at Elite. The trainers are focused on their clients and always maintain the highest level of professionalism. Elite wasn’t the beginning of my fitness journey, but it was the part where I finally saw results (I had been chasing for years) thanks to greg. If you’re looking to incorporate fitness into your life or want to create healthy habits, Elite is where you want to be.

Fantastic experience: Love Elite fitness!!! The entire staff is excellent. I work with Greg who is always ready with a positive and encouraging attitude. When the workout is especially challenging, he knows exactly what to say to keep you motivated and focused. I’ve gotten to know Greg over the years and he’s a great trainer and friend - we’ve definitely shared more than a few laughs! I always feel great when I leave a session. Thank you Greg and Elite!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym you can imagine. It is impeccably clean, the equipment is first class. The trainers are outstanding. I am being trained, not by my age, but by my ability. They make everyone feel comfortable no matter what your level of fitness is and truly individualize each clients plan for training. I also want to mention that Elite Life and Fitness is the cleanest fitness center around! I’ve always felt safe here. If I could give more stars in my rating I would!
