Savannah Sport & Wellness

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Savannah Sport and Wellness! The trainers are engaging, motivating and highly knowledgeable - you can tell they go the extra mile and put a lot of thought and effort behind their work (ie your workout). I love that they use the most recent evidence based practice when creating programs, this is probably why they have such a high success rate with their clients :) The space is bright, and clean with lots of sanitization protocol in place and the equipment is state of the art. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

Fantastic experience: Bethany was fantastic! She took the time to understand my needs and I left feeling relaxed and a few inches taller. It was just what I needed. Can’t wait to return next week!

Fantastic experience: Lauren was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. Made me feel at ease (which is hard for me to do lol). The environment was clean, open and organized. Plus you can't beat the one on one training for the cost. Very happy to have found y'all.
