Fantastic experience: Dropped in and the coach was very encouraging and helped me improve my form. The other members were friendly and welcoming. Lots of nice equipment and enough space to socially distance. Very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: It is a really nice gym with very clean equipment! This is a crossfit gym and weightlifting gym! Love the area it was located and what the gym stands for. The gym and the owner is a non-profit organization who gives back to the community in so many ways. The gym has after school programs where they teach basic life skills such as framing, grandening, cooking, math, and so many more. The gym stands with USA Weightlifting program. So the owner works along side with organization such as USA weightlifting!! The community is amazing! They do activities and community services to raise money and awareness. I dropped into this gym for 2 days and if I moved to Savannah, I would definitely join this gym and be part of this amazing community

Fantastic experience: They have a very encouraging environment. Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. Not everyone is advanced so it’s for everyone. I have very little workout experience but I fit in just right. Would definitely recommend!
