Fantastic experience: What a great experience! All the coaches were amazing, especially Kait and Lori. Regardless of the level of experience, they definitely take the time to teach you the exercises and make sure it is being performed safely. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon ☺️

Fantastic experience: I went to this place to support my girlfriend on her birthday, I have back issues and I haven’t been to a gym in ages!! I was scared at first but the people here were so nice and friendly. They understood my issues and helped me to do it right, I did my best and they called me by my name, wow I truly felt like I was one of them! Thank you to everyone there for making it a great experience for me. I will rave all about this place and be back.....
