CrossFit^® Sausalito

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym environment I've ever been to. There is a great sense of community among the members which make the very intense workouts easier to manage. I get tons of feedback, it's almost like personal training. The class sizes are limited to 8 max so you get a lot of personal attention. I used to aimlessly wander the gym, but now I'm on a strict routine that's built for me every day. This, combined with the great community, has motivated me to show up 4 to 5 times per week. The result is massive gainz in muscle mass and female attention.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! They support a range of abilities wherever you are on your health and fitness journey. I have enjoyed getting to know the members and coaches. It's inspiring to see folks of all ages encouraging each other to improve.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from NYC and came for a drop in class ($30). The gym is small but has everything you need for a good workout. I was the only person here for 7am class so I basically I got a private Crossfit session which was a neat experience. Manny was the instructor and taught the class with the same enthusiasm for a 1 person class that he would have for a 10 person class. He was fun, knowledgeable, and provided good teaching points. I would definitely return when visiting the Sausalito area. Of note the gym recently changed owners and I think it will be getting some upgrades and have a more active online presence.
