Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to BU since 2019 and it just keeps getting better and better! Even after coming regularly for years, I’m still challenged in the best ways possible, always encouraged by the instructors to grow and improve. It’s a fun workout in a comfortable atmosphere with great music and positive energy. I love BU!

Fantastic experience: Great class! Lo has a great way of motivating you push harder. Her energy is contagious and the music selection really ups the heart rate. I’ve even telling everyone I know about this class lol

Fantastic experience: Jorge is the best! It was my first class at BoxUnion and he definitely made it worth it. 2 friends came and loved the session - they are making plans to go back to one of his upcoming classes.
