Fantastic experience: Another year and Randy is still the best- I’ll never go anywhere else! Can I give six stars?!

Fantastic experience: Randy and CrossFit Denver are truly top notch. Randy spent a significant amount of time with me to understand what I was looking for in my workouts, along with my fitness goals and my strengths and weaknesses. I used to be afraid of the "CrossFit way" but Randy taught me there is nothing to be scared of and an 8 minute workout can kick your @$$! The facility is always clean and has a very nice open feel, with a great vibe to it.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of training with Randy for 15+ years now. It started as a way to reach my peak athletic performance and helped me go from high school sports all the way to the professional level. Throughout that time, Randy is still one of the best trainers I have ever come across. I've had the pleasure of watching him train people of all athletic abilities and fitness goals. His ability to not only adapt to each person's needs, but also keep the workouts new and dare I say almost fun is a unique skill he's mastered over time. As someone who has trained with him for a long time now, I can honestly say every year puts me in better and stronger shape than the prior year. If you're looking for someone who is as, or maybe even more enthusiastic than you are about your health and fitness, I would recommend Randy every time.

Positive experience: I drove by looking and i couldn’t find it at 1380 South Santa Fe. Their residual web site doesn’t reference a current location. I think they are closed.
