Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! All of the coaches are great. I take the strength and conditioning class. As someone who has done body building and powerlifting in the past and felt like I was missing out on high intensity workouts this class is perfect for striking that balance between high intensity and building muscle. If you want to be a more overall fit individual then you gotta sign up. I am also a college student and they made the process of stopping my membership and restarting it extremely easy every time I leave for a semester of college.
