Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how much I LOVE this workout and the women at this studio. I have found such an incredible home and community here. I’ve never had my body respond to a workout the way it does to the Lagree Method either! The instructors find the perfect balance of pushing you to work harder and cheering you on and reminding you you’re capable of doing hard things. Do yourself a favor and go check it out.

Fantastic experience: Coming to Motivate Studio the day they opened was the best thing I did in 2017. A friend had told me a new studio doing the workout Lagree was coming and I was going to love it.
