Fantastic experience: SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST IS THE BEST GYM IN SCV. james, the owner, and ALLLL the coaches at SOF are soo caring, knowledge, and friendly. The classes are awesome. The personal training and accountability program is THE BEST. The coaches truly care! The members are so friendly and welcoming. It’s truly the best environment! The place is very clean and the staff is so professional. I have been to a few other gyms in SCV and to be honest, nothing comes close to SOF.

All trainers have their own style and every single workout is result driven!! James is by far the most dedicated and genuine person I've met. You believe in yourself. I beliy in my fitness fam. Heart and hustle all the way!

Fantastic experience: This place really rocks. It's for people of all ages (no joke! I'm 56!), however most of the members are young and fit! The classes are really intense and positive--everything is immaculately clean and modified outside for covid. The parking lot outside where the classes are held is quiet and safe. They bring out the individual eqpt and have everything set up so you don't have to do anything. I feel that the people are all goal directed and friendly. Nobody judges anyone for modifying an exercise and I feel very well received. There is no pressure to join and the owner gives you plenty of time to try the place out. If you're looking to keep in shape during this epidemic, than you've found your place at survival of the fittest. And the name is fitting, indeed.

Fantastic experience: Pre-pandemic, I was so lucky to win a 3 month small group gym membership at a charity event. I had 3 orthopedic surgeries last year, so I was worried I would be pushed too hard and cause another problem, but every coach is great, they know how to help motivate you, but help you be mindful of your body. I am super lucky and thankful to everyone. About one month in, COVID 19 shut us down, but that did not stop this awesome gym! We started having zoom and recorded classes daily, and I still managed to lose weight and get more fit! Now that we're back in the gym, James and the whole team is fantastic at making sure we are staying safe, giving us a safe space to come and work out and all of the proper measures to keep us healthy! I am so so so happy with it here!

Fantastic experience: This gym is pretty amazing, Clean facility, family like atmosphere, classes are great and coaches are even better. If your struggling in an area or have injury’s the coaches will make modifications for your workout in classes. Private training is also available at this gym. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone.
