Fantastic experience: Henry Mayo's Physical Therapy Dept. is very Professional and extremely knowledgeable and experienced and I have received wonderful care in just the first week of treatment so far. I definitely recommend Henry Mayo's Physical Therapy Dept. for Physical conditioning and injuries, and disability.

Positive experience: Beautiful facilities. So clean, so modern. Minus one star for a certain instructor. Just avoid spin classes on Sat at 8:00 am. If it's not Rob, it's this person who is just plain terrible. The Voldemort of spinning, She-Who-Cannot-Be-Named. Sucks away all that is good and wonderful about spinning.

Fantastic experience: Staff is amazing. It's not like other gyms where trainers are trying to sell you their service first. They would rather guide you and help you. They are on the expensive side, but well worth it especially when you can't get a squat rack ever at Golds gym.

Fantastic experience: Clean and rich facility with friendly and attentive staff. Day in day out, always a joy.
