F45 Training Santa Barbara

Fantastic experience: When I travel I always look for a local f45 to workout at. The Santa Barbara location is by far one of the bigger and nicer studios I have been to. And the instructors were great working their way around the room, encouraging and checking form. Felt very comfortable there and will return when in town!

Fantastic experience: Spent 3 weeks training at F45 Santa Barbara while visiting town - best workout class I've been to! The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable - they put in so much effort to make sure I was enjoying the workout even though I was in town for a short time. I'll definitely be looking for more F45 classes from now on and can't wait to come back and visit.

Fantastic experience: This is such a fantastic gym! They do such a great job at making everyone feel welcome, educated, and part of the fun! Every workout is a party and I love the atmosphere the coaches create. If you’re in the area and looking for a gym that’s more than a gym, this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I went with my daughter to the Wednesday afternoon session. Sam's music killed it, and the team kept me motivated through a great workout. Highly recommend because the team kept me on track and made it fun. A perfect afternoon!

Fantastic experience: We were in town for one night and wanted to get a good workout in. My wife belongs to F45 in Bend, OR. She talked our family to going to the one in SB and so glad we did. Trainers were fantastic. Very encouraging and very much on hands to make sure you were doing the exercise properly and giving 100%. Their facility was big, clean and very well equipped. Highly recommend!
