Fantastic experience: Coach Dave is INCREDIBLE! I've trained with masters,senseis/instructors for 3 decades- and Coach Dave is not only knowledgeable but he's extremely passionate. Coach teaches the art of Muay Thai, as well as the lifestyle of wellness. Everything from nutrition to exercise, knees to elbows- he relays with exceptional expertise! The best part is HE HAS A BLAST, and you can feel that positive and powerful energy in class! If you're looking for a place where you can have fun while getting fighter fit- TAG THIS IS IT!!! Sawasdeeka ???????? Btw, you will not find a better music playlist in SoCal!!! ????

Fantastic experience: LISTEN, THIS IS A PLACE WHERE REAL GOOD HUMAN BEINGS ARE, THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED, FROM THE OWNER TO THE TRAINERS. THERE IS NOTHING BUT RESPECT WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR AN WHEN YOU LEAVE. THEIR POLICY IS NOT FOR SHOW, IT'S REAL. I'VE ALREADY DECIDED TO MAKE THIS MY SECOND HOME. Fantastic experience: I've been going to OC Mauy Thai for 3 months now and have been really enjoying it. Coach David is great! He's always teaching us new things and is just challenging enough for me to have a good workout. Shout-out to coach Rob for easing us in as newbies!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, OC Muay Thai is for people who are committed to change their lives. Coach David, who manages the Muay Thai portion, really cares about his students and is very friendly( Same with the other coaches but I mostly do Muay Thai for now). He would always give out texts on how I’m doing whenever I don’t show up for a couple of days because of work. He cares about the basics and fundamentals, and how it is performed. The tiniest details but important details nonetheless. I could say more about OC Muay Thai but I believe it is worth the try if you’re trying to change your life for the better. Whether it is for weight loss, self defense, or trying something new, etc
