You have to enter from the rear or the front. I recommend the rear alley way because it's always opened. Hi to the top level to park in the designated spots. Talk to Andy he is a awesome guy and will get you started on your regiment. No joke check it out folks it's a cool spot. Great equipment and the smartest trainers in town.

Fantastic experience: Three years here. Tried other places. Nothing blends a killer workout, professional staff, and beautiful facility better than them. This is not a homogenized cardio class for the spin set. This is a tough workout, look bright smart, truly professional trainers that work with world-class professional athletes.
