Fantastic experience: I would rate my experience here an A++. The gym is clean and the workouts are a lot of fun! Cynthia and her husband Mike are great coaches who constantly push you to be the best athlete you can be. I love my time here and would highly recommend this place :)

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT equipment and coaching/staff to match. Plenty of comp kg plates and kettlebells, rowers, assault bikes, ROGUE rigs and medicine balls, TURF area, 2 restrooms, fire playlists, speed ropes, sandbags, tires, everything needed for CrossFit/functional fitness- except you, the athlete. Mike, Cynthia, and Ryan welcome visitors/drop-ins and regular members alike of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CrossFit Point A for a couple months now. I joined July weighing at 220, With a goal to lose weight. As of today, I am at 202. You never feel left out, they work with different types of skills/levels. The coaches are friendly and extremely motivating. They want to see you achieve your goals and are there every step of the way. Proud to call this gym my family.
