Fantastic experience: I'm about to finish my first month working out at Focus Fit, it has been an awesome experience so far! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive. After just one month I feel stronger, more flexible, more confident and some of my chronic pain has gone away! I would recommend any of my massage clients and friends go here to get the most out of their workouts in a supportive and safe space!

Fantastic experience: This is the number one place I would recommend if you're nervous about joining a gym or new workout group. I ran cross country in college, but found it difficult to keep up with the necessary training (other than running) without a team's support and I was scared to death to join a group workout (including Focus Fit). I'm a strong believer that you can't improve without surrounding yourself with the right team. Focus Fit is the right team regardless of what your fitness level or goals may be. The trainers are all exceptional people. Each trainer has a unique way to explain a workout, so you're always learning something new.

Having been to my fair share, I’ve never experienced the quality of coaches in addition to such an awesome community as I have with Nick, Keith, and their amazing team! I love how much they challenge, support and encourage their clients. It feels like a family more than it does just going to the gym.
