Fantastic experience: Eric is super cool and knowledgeable! His workouts are challenging but fun. His equipment is up to date, haven’t seen anything like what he has anywhere else and I’ve been to a lot of gyms. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Custom Fit with Eric for over a year now, and I can say that I am thrilled the results. The workouts, foremost, are effective. Eric plans out workouts for each person according to their personal fitness goals, and I've seen great results so far, and I only have workouts twice a week. I have also worked with Eric on my nutrition and diet. His nutrition guidance is not insane or draconian, but by following it I have lost over 20 lbs so far, and still have plenty of energy for my workouts and life. In addition, Eric himself is great. I really feel supported and encouraged, and I know if I don't show up I'll get a text asking if I'm okay. It's really his encouragement and support that has kept me coming back consistently month after month, though the results don't hurt either ;-)

Fantastic experience: Eric is a phenomenal personal trainer who focuses on holistic health and major results. Many serious gyms (and Custom Fit is a serious gym) care too much about how many reps you did or how many pounds you lifted -- until you wreck your shoulder or pull a muscle. Eric designs workouts that bust your a$$ but keep you healthy and have practical application. I cannot recommend CustomFit any more wholeheartedly

When I first arrived the first thing I noticed was the energy that Eric the owner and operator has. Eric really took the time to discuss my training options my health background, my training goals and any injuries that I was dealing with at the time of consultation. Just having somebody be as motivated as I am to get in shape was enough to get me motivated to do something about changing my life. Eric does a great job of mixing up different workouts and created an intensity that allows your body to respond and positive ways. I enjoyed results within weeks of starting with him and have enjoyed continued results. If you dedicate your life and are making the commitment to changing your life for the better then Custom Fit is for you. Eric picks up on that energy to help take your results to the next level. I can say with Eric keeping you accountable both in and out of the gym my result have exceeded my expectations and I am sure yours as well.
