CrossFit^® No Boundaries

Fantastic experience: CrossFit No Boundaries is a great place to do CrossFit! The coaching here is the best I have seen anywhere. The coaches work really hard to correct improper movements and make sure you do it the right way so that you don’t get hurt! If you are hurt from an injury they are really great at providing you modifications so that you can still get a good workout even with an injury! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get the best CrossFit experience in San Juan Capistrano!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic crossfit box. Plenty of space and equipment, well programmed workouts, easy parking, and best of all kind and caring coaches and members. Loved the positive energy here. I dropped in for 3 days while visiting family in the area and can't wait to return on my next trip. Wish I could workout here all the time. :)

Fantastic experience: This review is long over due. I've been a member of Crossfit No Boundaries for a year and absolutely love it. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, competent and motivating. They will challenge you to meet your goals but know when to modify work outs or correct your form to make sure you don't get hurt and get the most out of your time in the gym. There's a fun camaraderie in the gym and the members make everybody feel welcome. I started going to CrossFit No Boundaries to get in better shape for my other activities, but now its become and ends to itself. I look forward to going to in every morning, but don't fool yourself...you will be pushed to your limits. I'm stronger and leaner in my late 30's than I was in my early 20's thanks to the crew at CrossFit No Boundaries. Give these guys a call!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure to not just train at the awesome gym but coach too. I have to say never have I been so inspired by members. These guys just don't give up when it get challenging, they push HARDER and they truly do leave their egos at the door, so welcoming and friendly. Richard & Jeremy (the owners) are two amazing, knowledgeable athletes and coaches, loved learning from these guys and can't wait to be back down there. To sum it up...CrossFit No Boundaries, a place where there is no limits and no strangers…You got to check it out!

Fantastic experience: This gym is full of warm and friendly people who are genuinely interested in helping you succeed. The trainers are great, and the other members are just as friendly. The bootcamp is amazing, and I just can't say enough good things about this particular CrossFit location. I drive past other CrossFit gyms to get here, and it is worth it.
