Fantastic experience: LOVE this studio!!! The instructors are all very knowledgable about proper alignment and are nice and encouraging. The studio is bigger than other local studios that I've been too, and has lots of natural light. I am already noticing more definition and strength in my core! Thank you Mantra!

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed my time at Mantra Pilates in San Juan Capistrano. I stumbled upon the studio as it is close to my office and I am so glad that I did. I had never tried pilates before and all of the instructors were very helpful and informative. I continue to go back and love it.
