Fantastic experience: I just had the best complimentary massage from Andrew! He is a great therapist and very informative. Gave me some tips regarding my shoulder issues. I really like the fact that this gym gives complimentary massages, never seen that before and much appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: love FORMA. plz find a water aerobics instructor for the WEDnesday and Friday AM classes! also, if you are tasteful enough to buy new flowering plants to beautify the front, do not forget to water them! Helen PS Love FORMA!
