Fantastic experience: 10 year member here. This place is a gem of a gym (or box in Crossfit parlance.) Despite a smaller footprint than most, this place has put me thru the ringer more times that I care to count, and yet I keep coming back. The coaches have always been personable, top notch, no BS humans, dedicated to helping you improve. No up sales of some random powder, drink or miracle drug that'll help you make gainz. Its about hard work, consistency and community.
