Flagship - FiDi

Fantastic experience: Flagship is a top notch gym! I highly recommend to anyone new to the area or looking to switch gyms. The facilities are large, clean and have locker rooms which makes pre/post work workouts easy! The 3 locations are all awesome and convenient! Equipment is all top of the line and on top of that they always seem to be ordering new equipment too. The coaching staff is great, Zach S. in the mornings at FiDi is my personal fave. Since joining 8 months ago, I have lost 20 pounds, but gained a ton of strength along the way. I've made some awesome friends and always feel welcome no mater what time or location I attend.

Positive experience: Based on my drop in I'd have to agree with both other posters about the excellent quality of equipment and no introduction / community aspect. However the manager Victoria and 3 members I chatted to were super friendly, so perhaps you just need to be a regular member to get into the community. No issues with the mobility/warm up and down.
