Fantastic experience: I've been at TruFit for a little over a year. I found that being in an environment where I'm held accountable and pushed to commit to the workouts gave me far better results than going to a regular gym. I'm down 28lbs and I feel like an effing Power Ranger. I went from dang there vomiting during workouts to pumping out push-ups like I'm training for the zombie apocalypse. Join us!
