Fantastic experience: Training here is the best. It is a friendly atmosphere and is surrounded with great energy. Whether you are a serious weight lifter, Olympic lifter, or a casual gym goer this is a great place to train. I personally like to Olympic lift and they have an awesome set up. You never have to worry about the awful crowds of a commercial gym or have to worry about someone being on the equipment you want to use. The equipment is top notch, better than most gyms I’ve been to and even has equipment that many gyms do not have. To top it off, the owner is friendly and extremely helpful! Definitely check this gym out!

Fantastic experience: Gym is very clean & well organized. If you ever need to get a hold of owner she responds quickly. I’m a NFL athlete so it has what I need to get my training in on a day to day basis. Been training here for a year & I would recommend this gym to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here and have gotten results. My trainer listens to my goals, is knowledgeable and pushes me to succeed. She “shows up” for me, even when I am filled with excuses. I have worked out at other gyms, taken other classes and had other trainers, but this gym is different, in the best way. It is focused on getting you where you want to be and creating a regimen that will get you there.

Fantastic experience: Love this location for any trainer that wants to train their clients , the gym is very well up keep and clean facility- every piece of equipment is wiped down after usage 100%. Everyone is treated with respect and kindness. Trainers are very professional and we all get along with respect & honesty for each other. Best place in the valley to get private training. ????????????????
