Fantastic experience: I was so close to canceling my membership with Crunch, but Terrell (I hope I’m spelling his name right) pulled me back. He heard my frustration with the billing and the gym. Terrell understood where I was coming from, and worked something out for me. He’s the man over there and will be dealing with him at this location, he’s the true MVP of this gym, thanks Terrell, I truly appreciate your hard work and professionalism.
