Fantastic experience: Trainer is so nice and inspiring!

Fantastic experience: My entire life I have been going to LA Fitnesses and 24 Hours of the world, creating my own workouts and getting decent results. But last year I thought I'd try out Arena Fitness for a week to see if I could improve my results. A year later I have never step foot back into any LA Fitness. My body completely transformed as I look more muscular and vascular than I ever could have imagined. The classes are extremely difficult but fun thanks to the innovative design of them. However I have to say the best part of the gym are the people. They make you feel like family. They make going to the gym the most enjoyable part of your day. If you guys are looking for a gym... what are you waiting for!? This place will transform you to a better version of yourself, physically and mentally!

Fantastic experience: I have been going there for about 7 years and would not want to go anywhere else. 50 min of hard work in fun environment. Great trainers, small groups. If you have a goal- this is the place to make it happen.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and helpful. William is a great trainer I haven’t moved for several years, my first session today was challenging for me. William walked me through the exercises I need to get better. I am very happy I decided to start.

Fantastic experience: Stacey, Joe and Jonathan all take such tremendous care of all of us and especially clients like me who are new to working out. They watch each client to push you just enough so that you’ve had a fulfilling, productive workout without pushing you beyond your limits. The level of expertise and professionalism is amazing. I highly recommend Arena Fitness for the beginner to the expert, they cover every level well with the same level of enthusiasm for all.
