Fantastic experience: Exactly what I was looking for. An hour of exercise with built in routines. Excellent couches that motivate you throughout the exercises. Flexible hours and excelente staff. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I like this place so much! It has motivated me so much into losing weight and carrying a healthier lifestyle. In just two months of attending this place I have lost 15 pounds. I feel really secure and all the staff is really polite. Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: It's awesome! You walk out if there with sweat dripping down. The time goes by so fast, but of course you have to put your all into it. I love the various workout plans they have throughout the week. Each day you workout different body parts.
