Fantastic experience: Two steps ahead what a great gym, great staff if your looking for a gym that motivates you and you have fun while your exercising to some great workouts this is the gym for you, trainers Ben, Alyssa and Kurt are awesome! They have a capable professional friendly staff You will work on strength building, Core, Cardio they have kettle bells medicine balls jump ropes punching bags they also have a cycling class, you definitely will not walk into the gym and sit down play on your phone do a couple reps and leave with no results! Even the warm up is workout! gym fees are month to month, everyone there is like family they will motivate you toward your goals they also do hikes and other out of building activities, thank you 2 steps ahead staff

Fantastic experience: One of the main reasons I love living in Salinas. This gym will change you physically and you will have fun doing it. I get bored easily and 2 Steps keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. Really positive environment and worth every penny. Give it a try...I am sure glad I did!
