Positive experience: Chris is an excellent manager, good variety of machines, classes. Would like to see a fight class offered in the evening instead of only at 9am when I work. Used to be the most packed class. Looked forward to it every week.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go! I love the environment; I leave happy and sometimes sore after. Chris is a great guy always there to answer any questions and is kind he does his best to make sure everyone and everything is taken care of here. Carmen is here a lot and always puts a smile on my face when I come in she is very nice. Their smoothies are so worth it as well as their other products and their trainers help you to get started so you succeed and will help you get to the size you want.
