Fantastic experience: I started at Trainology right after my son was born last year. What I love about Trainology is that the workouts are functional and consistent. When I say functional, I mean they focus on providing workouts that help me with my everyday lifestyle. Carrying my daughter who weighs about 45 pounds used to be a challenge and I used to be so tired all the time after playing around with her. Now, I can carry her up and down my stairs with no issue and I have so much more energy to be present with her and my son!

Fantastic experience: Such a great place to workout!!! The trainers are knowledgeable and help you perform workouts not only to your fullest but safely as well! Small group sessions so you get to know everyone and the trainers get to know you and how to help you towards any goal.
