Bodyshop has a variety of classes, fun and challenging workouts, and the community is welcoming and supportive. Tanya gets to know you, is a genius at modifying, and makes her classes accessible to anyone. She has seen me through skiing and running injuries and helped me come out stronger. I am never bored or feel like I’ve plateaued. Highly recommend!
