World Gym - Leonardtown, MD

Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I recently had to find a new gym and WG Leonardtown was a perfect fit for me! This gym is literally like “coming home” ~ I can’t say enough about my coach Arianna, she’s a perfect match for me and my fitness goals! Check it out, you’ll love it!????

Fantastic experience: What else can I say about World gym? From the day I decided to walk through the door in November of 2021 to this present day showed me that I am able to join a place where people genuinely care about my health goals. Anyone can come in and walk on the treadmill, lift some weights, do some aerobics or even ride on the bikes but if you're not taught the correct way to do those things by utilizing the muscles to target the results that you're hoping to achieve, you're just moving to say you moved for an hour or so????. My personal trainer, Coach Rich, demonstrates to me what muscles I will be using and the correct form to get the results that I want to achieve. Any questions that I have from working out to what foods are best for me are always answered thoroughly and never halfway. He make sure that I fully understand the concepts. Fantastic experience: World Gym Leonardtown has been great! The staff is awesome, it's always clean, and they're hours allow me to get a workout in on my schedule. A specific shout-out to my trainer, Richard... He comes with the heat. Always friendly, always prepared, and his programming is flexible and targeted to my goals... He pushes me and is always adapting the workouts based on my feedback. Highly recommend working with the training staff. They're great!
