Fantastic experience: Cozy and inexpensive compared to other gym nearby.

Fantastic experience: Great for personal training. Small, boutique style, most people are only in there during personal training sessions. Irene is great, she does person training and works on nutrition.

Positive experience: It's a great YMCA with an included parking lot, pool, and all the equipment you need. The free weight room is a bit small though and it tends to get pretty full with the younger crowd. Other than that - it's great!
