Fantastic experience: I used to be very intimidated by yoga classes but Valerie and Joe are full of knowledge and made me feel safe to explore. The dance classes are Amazing! Getting a calorie burning,sweat pouring workout is a bonus to dancing with the welcoming members of this studio.
