I actually look forward to my gym classes each night. All the equipment you could need and AJ is so knowledgeable he can ensure you stay injury free and help you work their past injuries.

Fantastic experience: Great weightlifting gym. I go for the open gym so I can't speak to the classes but the staff is friendly, everyone is chill and nonthreatening, equipment is clean and in good repair, and there's a huge selection available. Never queue up for a squat rack again. And the cost is pretty reasonable too!

Fantastic experience: Caring and helpful staff! The owner (AJ I think?) talked to me in person about hour changes and staffing changes. He really cares that members are happy and accommodated. He was very transparent to a level that I felt was above and beyond. It really feels like you’re part of a family.

Fantastic experience: Best and most well rounded gym in Sac! More equipment then you can ever use. A myriad of different classes for all levels and a super friendly staff.
