Fantastic experience: A bit hard to find. Walk down the alley and turn the corner and there you are. I am working with Emily Korock on my form for running. She has honed in on the small flaws in my style of running and is helping me mobilize those areas that need to be more active, (e.g. left foot fall, mobilizing and strength upper body and back.) This detailed work will save me from injury. At age 68, I appreciate her expertise. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love training with Emily Korock! I have hand injuries — Emily always finds the right modification and has something prepared before I arrive. I also have alignment issues — Emily explains everything that’s going on, shows me the anatomy, and pinpoints what I’ll be working on. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym is exactly what I was looking for when I moved to Sac. Jose is a highly skilled coach. He pushes you to get stronger and challenge yourself, and his positive energy makes you want to really show up and get it done! I can't say enough good things about Sacramento Eco Fitness!
