Fantastic experience: I have been a part of the Catahoula Crossfit community for a little over a year now. Words can't describe the positive community, the uplifting and instructive coaches, and the intense yet somehow fun workouts. Catahoula Crossfit has changed me both physically and mentally. I am forever grateful to part of such an awesome community. Definitely worth trying if you haven't.
