Black Mamba Barbell

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of (I've been through eight gyms over the past ten years due to moving often). Clean, well organized, great selection of equipment, and everyone is friendly. Black Mamba has great equipment including a Prime functional trainer and TWO Ghost adjustable squat/bench combo pieces. Anyone who knows gym equipment knows that this is some top of the line stuff. I am moving out of the city and the thing I will miss most about this area is this gym, the atmosphere and the wonderful people who make up the staff and members. Black Mamba is an excellent place to work out with a wonderful owner, Sam. I guarantee whenever I am in the area I will be dropping by for a workout.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Black Mamba Barbell for anyone looking to strength train, from beginner to expert. I love everything about it from the easy to get to location and parking, to the tons of new equipment and how its all organized. I have been strength training with Sam C, the owner, for over 3 years now/3 times a week and my husband joined me this past fall. She’s amazing and can transform your body and keep you motivated.

Fantastic experience: SamC (owner of Black Mamba) is Enthusiastic about helping me stay fit and feeling youthful! She has taught me that certain things (flat butt) don’t have to happen as we age. She works us really hard but we still manage to have a good time. We train in a small group so our form is always a top priority of hers. Plus the Black Mamba is a cool space! Clean facility and top notch equipment.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have ever been to. I have never worked out or had a personal trainer until I met Sam and I cannot say enough amazing things about her or her gym. She pushes me to a level that I never knew I could get pushed to. She strives to make you look and feel your best. I would be lost without her and her encouragement. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her and her gym. If you are looking for a PT or an amazing gym, this is your place. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Sam is an incredible trainer! She always has the best energy to get you motivated. Her gym is also amazing, the equipment is top of the line. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly. It’s always very clean and constantly being improved!
