Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my first visit. I was a bit nervous because I've never done hot yoga and it's been a year or so since taking any yoga classes. Jojo was awesome, communicated well with me and encouraged me through the class by guiding me in poses. I felt so relaxed and great after the 26.2 class. I do have some disc issues which cause inflammation and this helped so much with the tension after the first class. The class was a bit challenging but you are encouraged to do your best and what feels comfortable which I loved. Will be coming back!
