Fantastic experience: Very welcoming! Everyone keeps their own distance. Everyone wipes and sanitizes the equipment they've touched. I'm a woman and I don't get weird looks from other people!

Fantastic experience: The family who owns and operates this place are wonderful people. The speed and endurance class has really made an improvement in my son. They have classes for all ages. The price is really reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I'm a 44yo guy who works with my hands for a living and used to experience a lot of back pain from being out of shape. After attending group classes at Corespeed for the last year I feel like a new man. The owners, Carlos and Sonia do a great job of motivating and encouraging everyone and making us laugh. Working out is now something I look forward to.

Fantastic experience: Custom Fit training~~~ Carlos uses state of the art technology along with his 'work smart' attitude that has catapulted my select baseball playing boys to maximize their potential. He also instills great life lessons with each workout. HIGHLY recommend
