Fantastic experience: As a retired first responder, health and fitness have always been a top priority for me, and I am always looking for new and improved ways to achieve my goals. I discovered Life Changers Training Institute about a year ago through a friend with similar fitness goals. Over the course of the last year, Rudy has proven to be an excellent resource, and his knowledge and experience in training has allowed me to far surpass what I had thought was possible at this stage in my life. Rudy does a fantastic job taking into consideration your past experience, and current capabilities, to customize a program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: More than a gym. Coming to Lifechanger training institute has done just that,changed my life. When I first started I lacked confidence in my appearance which transferred over to so many other aspects of my life. In less than a year I lost over 60 pounds. I’ve regained my confidence and have been able to excel in life because I feel healthy, look good and have the energy and mind set to take on anything. The atmosphere at the institute exudes principals of positive thinking, strength both mental and physical as well as creates a culture of team work and like minded efforts. Clearly I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make a change. Results speak for them self and it does not get better than here.

Fantastic experience: As a commercial real estate broker I met Rudy to ask about his experience as a tenant in a business park I was looking at. He invited me to see what his Life Changer Institute had to offer me and how he might impact my life. Being over 65 yrs. old and around 240 lbs. I decided to listen to him. Within a year or two, I'm a little over 200 lbs. now, never had this much energy and good health. Rudy and his Institute is correctly named: Life Changer!

Fantastic experience: This is a small private gym that is a bit out of the way and can be hard to find as it's tucked in the back of an industrial center. The facility is full to the brim with a slew of exercise equipment that can be utilized in a myriad of ways to benefit both athletes and average folks just looking to get back in shape. The owner, Rudy, is very encouraging and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He is excellent at evaluating your fitness, taking into account your age, injuries, past experience and goals to get your body to where you want it to be. Warning!!! He will work you hard. Determination and dedication required....
