Benchmark Strength & Conditioning

Fantastic experience: I cant say enough good things about Benchmark strength and conditioning. I was very fit in my early 20.... When I joined Benchmark at the age 36, I had severely declined my physical health and I had lost so much of the confidence once had. After two years of training at Benchmark, I was as strong or stronger than in my early 20's. I never thought that could be as strong and feel as good as I did in my early 20's at age 38. Benchmark Strength and conditioning is a great gym!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this club since they merged with AliveTribe Fitness. Ted is wonderful and the other coaches are great too. The other athletes I workout with are all fantastic, so supportive and positive. The vibe in the gym is super positive all the time. And I get a great workout and great strength training. I'm 58 and only 170 pounds and I deadlift 335, bench 165+, squat 230+, push press 120+ and my cardio is as good as it can be given my lung capacity! It's a great place to workout.
