Fantastic experience: Great gym, great people.

Fantastic experience: I came to watch a CrossFit competition and was impressed with the entire facility. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll have to come back to workout.

Fantastic experience: It's been 5 months since I joined TGP Crossfit. I'm SO happy I had the courage to walk through that door because this place and the people in it have changed my life. I never thought I'd say but it's my favorite place!! Usually the gym is a playground, and for some like me, it's a sanctuary. There's no shame in TGP environment, only motivation and encouragement. And every day you show up there, is opportunity for growth both as an athlete and as a person. The amount of attention and support you'll receive from the coaches just won't be able to find at other gyms.

Fantastic experience: The coaches are great- members are amazingly friendly and the owner is an awesome and caring person. One of the best CrossFit boxes I have had the pleasure of attending. I would highly recommend becoming a member or dropping in when visiting the area. Good quality equipment with plenty of room for social distancing
