Fantastic experience: Coaches are great. Athletes training at SWCF are at all levels from beginner to veteran. Workouts are varied if needed to fit what you can do. Movements are demonstrated so you can perform and stay safe. John, Leslie, the coaches, and all athletes grinding it out day to day encourage and support each other to achieve your best and keep improving. You won’t find a better environment.

Fantastic experience: This place, and these people, are incredible. Whether you are an experienced cross fitter in great shape or a novice just getting started, SWCF is the place to go. The coaches are great and the other folks you'll get to know in your classes will keep you coming back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best people and work outs EVER. Such a fantastic place and fun way to get back in shape after two kiddos. I always felt supported and encouraged, never uncomfortable or pushed too far (part of my fear). Highly, highly recommend.
