Fantastic experience: I love it. Absolutely love the workouts. The style of coaching is perfect- at times they coach you hard, they don't baby you, but they know when to dial it back so maniacs like me don't go too far lol. Coaches have a lot of knowledge. Friendly but manage to challenge you at the same time. My biggest regret is that I didn't start 5 years ago. Go to this place and join.

Fantastic experience: The owners, coaches and members are what make this place so amazing. When you visit, you’re immediately treated like family and well-taken care of! They will modify exercises and movements for you as needed, but still push you to safely challenge yourself. Coaching is very intentional and they take time to really teach your skills and movements. Even though I’m only in NH every couple of months, this place truly feels like home. #unofficalRCFmember lol ???? ???? ❤️

Fantastic experience: I joined Rockingham CrossFit six months ago and love everything about it! I was new to Crossfit and wasn’t familiar with a lot of the movements so I was apprehensive at first. I was quickly put at ease by the coaches who are very knowledgeable, attentive and focused on correct form and movement. The workouts change from day to day and include high-intensity conditioning, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements. All the classes are super fun, and everyone, including the coaches, as well as all the members, are incredibly supportive and encouraging. Group sizes are small so the coaches are able to give everyone tips and correct their form. In addition to great workouts, Rockingham Crossfit offers an incredible atmosphere and organizes many fun events for their members throughout the year.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms and this atmosphere can’t be mass replicated, it’s a genuine community. The people make the difference! I’ve had coaches hold my infant so I could finish a workout in peace and members I’ve just met finish a workout next to me so I wasn’t suffering alone! The sport of CrossFit is great but this isn’t just any other CrossFit gym it is a community, a friends club, a family.
