Fantastic experience: I have tried out many CrossFit gyms in the area, but Screw City is by far the best of its kind. From the attentive coaching staff, the community atmosphere where everyone knows everyone’s names, and the competitive push everyone gives each other I couldn’t imagine going to another gym. I highly recommend Screw City whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or a beginner looking to get started. You’ll have everything you need here!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I came to Screw City CrossFit in early 2021. After having gone to a different gym for years, I couldn’t be happier! Allen creates an awesome environment that allows you to grow at your own pace while being challenged on a daily basis. The workouts are well thought out and you have all of the equipment you could ask for. I seriously go everyday I love it so much! If you are on the fence, give CrossFit a try it might change your life.
