Fantastic experience: Came here for lifting in the summer of 2021, cannot stress how good of a gym this place is, friendly owner plenty of weights and barbells. I trained around 5-6pm and the gym was always empty, there was plenty of room and a speaker to play your music. Training here led me to compete at USAPL Collegiate Nationals. Overall great private gym, would highly recommend for any lifter!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, they offer free weightlifting classes for kids under 18. It’s a nonprofit, part of Team USA weightlifting, so profits go to funding the kids classes and the gym. Beginner friendly. Highly recommend

Positive experience: Small gym with everything you need to get a good workout in. More for people who know what they are doing, no classes or training offered besides someone who might be willing to help. Different membership options available.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience! Needed a place to train while in town and reached out to Elliot. He was quick to communicate and answered any questions I had. A great clean gym with all you need for weightlifting.
